Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We offer the following shipping options for Canadian orders:

• Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery 5–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping – Estimated delivery 2–5 business days
• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over a qualifying threshold (update with your free shipping threshold)

United States Shipping

We ship to the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery times are 7–14 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada and the United States.

Duties & Taxes

Canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes. For US orders, any applicable duties, customs fees, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages
